Health and safety training is an essential element in legislative compliance that should be provided to all staff, these requirements commence with company induction and fire safety awareness. A certificate of attendance will be issued to each delegate who completes the training; the company will also have the option of introducing an end of course assessment. This can be arranged as a combination of multi-choice and written questions and will be used to gauge the understanding of the subject matter by course delegates. An individual training record can be produced as required.

General Training: FDB Safety Solutions Ltd can deliver a wide range of training courses that provide flexible and effective solutions to clients' specific needs.

Health & Safety Awareness Course: This course is aimed at providing an overview of health & safety legislation and legal responsibilities. The risk assessment process is covered and trainees are given an understanding of workplace hazard awareness and risk reduction measures.

Working at Height (WAH) Awareness Training. Is a one day course and is aimed at providing an overview of the WAH Regulations 2005, means of height access and their associated risks, control measures to eliminate or reduce the risks and includes Working at Height Awareness, Harnesses and Lanyards, Ladders and Step Ladders.
