The Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 imposes very strict rules on owners, partners, directors and employers.

Health & Safety Management System: The implementation of a Health & Safety Management System based on 18001 / HS (G) 65 can assist a client in controlling workplace risks and meeting statutory duties.

Health & Safety Policy: We will write a Health & Safety Policy, compliant with the Health & Safety at Work etc Act 1974, tailored to your business. On completion of a hazard survey, risk assessments will be carried out by inspecting the workplace and involving the employees. Control measures will be discussed and agreed with the client to identify the most cost effective measures to control the risks identified.

Control of Contractors: We can also assist you in carrying out due diligence checks on your sub-contractors to ensure that they are compliant with legislation to reduce employer’s (the client’s) liability.
